NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON CONTEMPLATED ANNEXATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT:
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Canton, Texas, at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, in the Canton City Hall Council Chambers, at 201 N. Buffalo, Canton, Texas, for the purpose of considering annexation into the city limits of the following described territory, to-wit:
An approximately 4.05-acre tract of land located on the northeast corner of
I-20 and FM 1255 (R6380) and owned by NAF Convenience Operations, Inc.
A complete plat and metes and bounds property description of said tract is available at the City Hall, 201 N. Buffalo, Canton. All interested citizens and property owners are hereby notified of their right to appear and be heard on the matter.
