Utility Bill

TO SIGN UP FOR INITIAL SERVICE, TO TRANSFER OR CUT OFF SERVICE, PLEASE CALL CITY OFFICE COMPLEX AT (903-567-1841)

Water, sewer, garbage and ambulance service are billed together.  The billing is done on the 1st of each month.  Payments are due by the 10th and late charges will apply if payment is not received by the 14th.

Bill payments may be mailed to P.O. Box 245, Canton, Texas, or paid in person at 24980 Hwy 64 East, Suite One, Canton, Texas, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Payments may also be paid online with eBill (see icon on right-hand side of website page) or at the drop off payment in the parking lot of the City Office Complex.  For questions regarding your statements, call the Utility Billing Department at 903-567-1841.
